• • As a Recruiting Coordinator at SpaceX, you will play a vital role in supporting the talent acquisition process by scheduling onsite interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates visiting the Hawthorne, CA facility. This temporary 6-month position offers the opportunity to contribute to SpaceX’s mission of enabling human life on Mars by helping bring top talent to the organization.
• • Day to day, you will schedule and manage all logistics for candidate onsite interviews, greet and tour candidates, assist with administrative tasks for the recruiting team, learn about SpaceX’s programs to speak knowledgeably with candidates, and support special projects as needed by the talent operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of candidate experience throughout the interview process.
