- • The Recruiting Operations Manager at Harvey AI Inc. plays a critical role in building and optimizing the technology, processes, and data infrastructure that power a world-class recruiting function, ensuring seamless hiring experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates globally.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and optimizing the recruiting tech stack (including Ashby), designing process improvements to reduce friction and increase hiring velocity, managing core workflows like requisition and PID and troubleshooting offer and communication issues, and partnering with Analytics to translate insights.

- • In this role, the person will gain deep expertise in recruiting systems architecture, AI-enabled automation in talent acquisition, cross-functional stakeholder management, and data-informed process optimization—positioning them as a strategic leader in modern recruiting operations at a category-defining AI company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration with progressive ownership of a recruiting tech stack
- • Deep hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred), including configuration, workflow design, and reporting
- • Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements and automation—including AI/ML tooling—that measurably improved operational outcomes
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to partner with Analytics on reporting, interpret data, and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- • Systems thinking orientation—ability to map dependencies across tools, teams, and processes, and anticipate downstream effects of changes
- • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort partnering with Finance, Engineering, People, and IT stakeholders
