📋 Description
- • Serve as the strategic owner and administrator of the Ashby ATS, managing workflows, automations, integrations, and process governance to ensure seamless recruiting operations.
- • Build and maintain executive-level recruiting dashboards, funnel analytics, capacity planning models, and operational reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design and scale recruiting processes that support rapid organizational growth while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience.
- • Analyze key recruiting metrics including funnel conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and hiring bottlenecks to identify and implement operational improvements.
- • Develop and document recruiting SLAs, standardized reporting protocols, process documentation, and operational best practices across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
- • Optimize recruiter efficiency by improving interview process design, scheduling workflows, and hiring manager experience through systematic process enhancements.
- • Ensure data integrity across all recruiting systems, including accurate source attribution, consistent stage definitions, and reliable reporting metrics.
- • Support workforce planning and recruiting capacity forecasting by translating hiring demand into operational models and resource allocation strategies.
- • Improve candidate experience by streamlining application workflows, reducing time-to-interview, and enhancing communication touchpoints across the hiring journey.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, People Operations, Finance, and business leaders to align recruiting operations with broader organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
- • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks, eliminate redundancies, and increase throughput in high-volume recruiting environments.
- • Monitor and report on recruiting KPIs to leadership, presenting actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- • Maintain compliance with recruiting data standards and ensure consistency in reporting across all global hiring teams.
- • Contribute to the evolution of recruiting technology stack by evaluating new tools, managing integrations, and ensuring alignment with existing systems.
- • Proactively anticipate operational challenges in scaling recruiting operations and implement preemptive solutions to sustain efficiency and quality.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for recruiting system inquiries, training, and support for recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers.
- • Drive adoption of standardized recruiting practices across departments to ensure uniformity, transparency, and accountability in hiring operations.
- • Track and report on the impact of operational changes through before-and-after metrics to quantify improvements in efficiency, speed, and candidate satisfaction.
