- • The Recruiting Operations Manager at Harvey AI Inc. plays a critical role in building and optimizing the technology, processes, and data infrastructure that power a world-class recruiting function, ensuring seamless hiring experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates globally.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and optimizing the recruiting tech stack (including Ashby), designing process improvements to reduce friction and increase hiring velocity, managing core workflows like requisition and PID management, troubleshooting system and communication issues, and partnering with Analytics to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in recruiting systems and AI-enabled automation, gain experience in cross-functional partnership with Finance, IT, and People Operations, and have the opportunity to shape scalable recruiting infrastructure at a defining moment in the company’s global expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration with progressive ownership of a recruiting tech stack
- • Deep hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms, particularly Ashby, including configuration, workflow design, and reporting usage
- • Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements and automation, including AI/ML tooling, that measurably improved operational outcomes
