- • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple business functions through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- • Conduct market mapping and competitive research to identify high-quality passive talent.
- • Craft personalized outreach messaging that generates strong candidate engagement and response rates.
- • Conduct initial outreach and recruiter screens to evaluate candidate alignment before advancing qualified talent.
- • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and ideal candidate profiles.
- • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data within the applicant tracking system.
- • Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- • Track sourcing activity, outreach metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
- • Assist with employer branding initiatives, talent communities, campus recruiting, and other recruiting projects as needed.
- • Stay informed on talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, and creative sourcing strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, sales, customer-facing roles, or internships in recruiting.
- • Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and building relationships with candidates.
- • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms is preferred.
- • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus.
