📋 Description
- • Lead a team of recruiters to ensure smooth, high-quality recruitment operations for fast-growing global companies, driving consistent performance and accountability in a remote-first environment.
- • Manage day-to-day team activities, oversee end-to-end recruitment workflows, maintain ATS hygiene and reporting, monitor performance against targets, and serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues.
- • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. (operating as Hire Hangar), a remote-first company connecting top talent with vetted employers across US and UK time zones, focused on building scalable recruitment operations with structure and accountability.
- • Develop leadership and operational expertise by refining internal processes, mentoring team members, collaborating with senior leadership on hiring strategy, and advancing your career in global talent acquisition with exposure to RPO and staffing best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must come from a staffing agency background — non-negotiable
- • Experience in a team lead, senior recruiter, or managerial role with people oversight responsibilities
- • Working knowledge of ATS platforms, including pipeline management and reporting
- • Strong written and spoken English for professional communication across all levels
- • Prior remote work experience with fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, and ideally experience with US or UK-based companies
