- • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including candidate identification, screening, interview facilitation, and feedback collection from clients and candidates.
- • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through market research, advanced internet searches, and ongoing bench management.
- • Develop and execute creative, proactive recruitment strategies tailored to client needs and hiring manager preferences to achieve high submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
- • Serve as a trusted client advisor by consulting with hiring managers on final selections, compensation strategies, and recruitment processes to add value and ensure client satisfaction.
- • Present high-quality talent for open positions and effectively navigate and overcome objections throughout the hiring process.
- • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for candidate submissions and hires while consistently tracking performance against key metrics.
- • Accurately update and maintain applicant tracking system data and related administrative reports to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- • Demonstrate strong client focus by anticipating hiring needs and aligning recruitment efforts with client business objectives.
- • Actively contribute to team collaboration by sharing insights, supporting peers, and fostering an environment of open communication and mutual improvement.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing recruitment demands with flexibility and strong time management skills.
- • Leverage a strong social media presence and intermediate MS Office skills to enhance sourcing efforts and streamline recruitment workflows.
- • Utilize knowledge of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models to effectively communicate client relationships and recruitment strategies.
- • Maintain a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with a focus on achieving measurable recruitment outcomes.
- • Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
