- • As a Recruitment Consultant, German Speaking - EMEA (Remote) at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc., you will play an integral role as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent that meets critical client hiring needs across the EMEA region.
- • Day to day, you will oversee the full selection process—identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, gathering feedback from clients and candidates, building and maintaining a strong talent network through market research and bench management, developing proactive recruitment strategies for both passive and active candidates, presenting strong talent for open positions, overcoming hiring objections, consulting with hiring managers on final selections and compensation, maintaining strong client and candidate relationships, ensuring weekly and monthly submission and hire goals are met, and updating applicant tracking system data and reports.

- • Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline-driven recruiting environment.
- • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
- • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system and a strong social media presence.
- • Fluency in German and English.
