  • • Partner with Recruiting, HR, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to execute recruitment initiatives across the organization.
  • • Coordinate all aspects of Talent Acquisition scheduling, including interview logistics, calendar management, and participant communications.
  • • Build and refine best-in-class talent acquisition processes and procedures to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • • Manage end-to-end interview coordination for multiple roles, ensuring timely and seamless transitions between stages.
  • • Assist in the preparation and distribution of interview feedback forms and candidate evaluation materials.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all active and closed requisitions.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview scheduling, status updates, and logistical inquiries.
  • • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and align recruitment timelines with business needs.
  • • Support the recruitment team with special projects such as campus hiring, co-op/internship cycles, and diversity initiatives.
  • • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose actionable improvements to streamline workflows.
  • • Work independently with limited supervision to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • • Engage with senior-level business leaders to coordinate interviews and ensure alignment on talent strategy.
  • • Contribute to the development of candidate communication templates and recruitment documentation.
  • • Stay informed about industry recruitment trends and apply insights to enhance AeroVect’s talent acquisition practices.
  • • Demonstrate passion for robotics and autonomy by understanding the technical nature of roles being filled and communicating effectively with engineering and technical candidates.
  • • Support the growth of AeroVect’s talent pipeline by contributing to employer branding efforts and candidate outreach initiatives.
  • • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and external employment regulations during all recruitment activities.
  • • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and recruitment data at all times.
  • • Assist in onboarding coordination by preparing documentation and liaising with HR and IT teams for new hire setup.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or similar field
  • • 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination
  • • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • • Proven ability to partner with a wide variety of clients and senior-level business leaders
  • • Project management experience with ability to achieve results with limited supervision
  • • Passion for robotics and autonomy and solving complex problems
