- • Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs across multiple roles and departments
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks to assess candidate fit for open positions
- • Manage candidate scheduling and coordinate interviews at scale, ensuring timely alignment with recruiter and hiring manager availability
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure pipeline integrity
- • Send high volumes of personalized candidate communications and follow-ups via email and ATS workflows
- • Support recruiters with offer-stage administration, including offer letter coordination and background check coordination
- • Ensure a seamless and timely candidate experience from application through interview scheduling and offer delivery
- • Track and update recruitment metrics and pipeline status to support reporting and hiring efficiency goals
- • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to align on priorities and manage competing hiring demands
- • Administer onboarding tasks for newly hired candidates, including document collection and orientation coordination
- • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels to proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates
- • Operate within strict process guidelines to maintain compliance and consistency across high-volume hiring cycles
- • Work remotely with US-based teams across EST–PST time zones, ensuring availability during core business hours
- • Use collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar) for daily communication and task management
- • Handle repetitive workflows with precision, maintaining attention to detail despite high candidate throughput and tight deadlines
- • Respond quickly to shifting hiring priorities and adjust scheduling and communication workflows accordingly
- • Participate in recruitment process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting operational efficiencies
- • Adhere to company policies and data privacy standards when handling candidate information
- • Complete all application requirements, including submitting a video recording as the first step in the interview process
- • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
- • Support recruitment team goals by consistently meeting KPIs related to candidate volume, time-to-fill, and candidate satisfaction
- • Adapt to evolving hiring needs across diverse roles and industries within fast-growing global companies
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while proactively escalating issues that impact candidate experience or hiring timelines
- • Ensure all candidate communications reflect brand standards and convey a positive employer experience
- • Coordinate across time zones to facilitate interview scheduling and candidate responsiveness
- • Track and document all candidate interactions within the ATS to ensure transparency and audit readiness
- • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards using ATS data as requested by recruitment leads
- • Contribute to a culture of accountability by completing all assigned tasks with accuracy and on-time delivery
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous hands-on sourcing experience in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment is mandatory
- • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows
- • High attention to detail and strict process adherence
