- • Lead a recruitment team to drive operational excellence and support fast-growing global companies while building a long-term remote career.

- • Develop leadership and operational expertise in recruitment process improvement, team performance management, client account support, and data-driven decision making in a high-volume, remote agency environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Staffing agency background is non-negotiable
- • Proven experience in a management or senior-level role overseeing a recruitment team
- • Solid hands-on experience with ATS platforms and managing recruiting operations through technology
- • Strong written and spoken English with professional communication style
- • Highly organized with ability to lead a team while staying close to operational detail in high-volume environment
- • Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and experience working with US or UK-based companies
