- • Aspora, Inc. is building a borderless financial operating system to make money as mobile and transparent as its users, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital and Y Combinator, with a global team of 75+ across India, the UK, UAE, EU, and the US, seeking a Recruitment Sourcer to power talent acquisition for high-impact hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
- • This is a pure sourcing role focused exclusively on identifying, mapping, and engaging top talent globally — not a full-cycle recruiter — enabling the hiring team to move faster by delivering pre-qualified candidates while you own the strategic front end of talent acquisition.
- • You will own end-to-end sourcing strategy for 10+ open roles simultaneously, conducting deep market mapping and talent research to identify target companies and candidate pools across the UK, UAE, US, and India markets.
- • You will source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, and job boards, then identify and engage passive candidates through personalized, compelling outreach that drives response and conversion.
- • You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers by providing pre-qualified candidate shortlists, ensuring alignment on role requirements and delivering consistent, high-intent talent pipelines.
- • You will track and manage all sourcing activity and pipeline progression within the Ashby ATS, maintaining clean, structured data and sharing regular insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and market dynamics to inform hiring strategy.
- • You will deliver global sourcing coverage across four key regions, adapting your approach to local talent landscapes while maintaining Aspora’s standards of speed, clarity, and customer obsession in every interaction.
- • You will contribute to a culture of extreme ownership and radical candor, where your work directly impacts the company’s ability to scale its borderless financial platform by securing the builders who question assumptions and ship fast.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global talent intelligence, advanced sourcing methodologies, and data-driven recruitment analytics, positioning yourself as a strategic talent partner in a high-growth fintech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or talent research, specifically in non-full-cycle recruiting roles
- • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques for identifying passive and active candidates
- • Proven ability to manage and prioritize 10+ open roles simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines
- • Hands-on experience in market mapping and talent intelligence to build targeted candidate pools
- • Experience sourcing across UK, UAE, US, and India markets, including understanding regional talent nuances
- • Strong written communication skills for crafting personalized, high-response candidate outreach messages
- • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail in tracking sourcing activity and maintaining pipeline integrity
