📋 Description

• Recruitment Specialist role focused on supporting Talent Acquisition for a global edtech platform, playing a key part in scaling hiring efforts across Technology, Commercial, and Education functions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, candidate communication, CV screening, initial phone screens, interview coordination, sourcing outreach, offer paperwork, compliance checks, reference coordination, and providing market trend insights to influence people strategy.
• Part of a collaborative and ambitious People team at MyEdSpace Career Ltd, a remote-first company backed by $15m Series A funding, operating across 20+ countries with a mission to make world-class education accessible globally.
• Opportunity to contribute to hiring 100+ roles in 2026, build scalable recruitment processes using Ashby ATS, automation, and AI, and grow expertise in global talent acquisition within a high-impact, purpose-driven organization.

• Experience hiring across multiple functions in a high-growth, global technology business
• Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with candidates and team members
• Tech-literate with familiarity in best-in-class recruitment tooling, process, and automation
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing recruitment metrics and identifying bottlenecks
• Proven track record in technical and commercial hiring
