- • Serve as the primary regional advocate for Gamma in Brazil, building authentic relationships with creators, educators, and early adopters to grow local user engagement.
- • Identify and activate existing Gamma users within Brazil by fostering connections through trusted local networks and community channels.
- • Plan, organize, and host small-scale in-person or virtual events such as workshops, hackathons, and meetups to introduce new users to Gamma and deepen engagement among current users.
- • Develop and deliver localized learning content, including a region-specific Gamma 101 course, tailored to the language, cultural context, and educational needs of Brazilian users.
- • Create region-specific templates, guides, and educational resources that resonate with local audiences and support adoption of Gamma’s platform.
- • Manage and grow a dedicated regional community platform to enable peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among Brazilian users.
- • Produce and distribute engaging content via social media, video, and written formats to promote Gamma’s platform and community initiatives.
- • Collect and synthesize monthly feedback from the regional community, including user insights, feature requests, and pain points, and share actionable summaries with the global Community team.
- • Represent Gamma at local tech, education, and startup events to increase brand visibility and drive user acquisition.
- • Collaborate closely with the global Community team to align regional efforts with broader company goals and product roadmap.
- • Record and edit localized video tutorials and instructional materials that become go-to resources for new users in Brazil.
- • Maintain consistent communication with the Gamma team to report on engagement metrics, event outcomes, and community sentiment.
- • Adapt messaging and content strategies to reflect cultural nuances and regional trends in Brazil’s creator and education ecosystems.
- • Act as a bridge between Gamma’s product team and Brazilian users by translating community feedback into product improvement opportunities.
- • Stay informed about local trends in AI, productivity tools, and digital education to ensure Gamma’s regional presence remains relevant and impactful.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to train or teach through workshops, classrooms, online courses, or community-led learning experiences
- • Experience organizing events, hackathons, or community gatherings that drive real outcomes
- • Active involvement in local creator, AI, startup, or education communities in Brazil
- • Fluency in Portuguese and English
- • Comfortable with content creation and social media distribution to produce videos, guides, and promotional materials
- • Willingness to record localized Gamma courses that serve as primary learning resources for Brazilian users
