- • The Regional Director, Outreach and Partner Engagement is a key member of the Strategic Partnerships and National Outreach team, responsible for identifying clients’ goals and organizational structures to grow business with existing and new accounts for Workforce & Community Education (WCE).
- • Day to day, the role involves leading the development and execution of strategic industry and community partnerships, engaging senior executives in strategic discussions, developing relationships with employers and industry leaders to translate needs into course offerings, leading a team of outreach specialists to contact B2B prospects, coordinating educational partnership growth, planning recruitment activities like webinars and trade shows, standardizing documentation and ROI analysis in CRM tools like Salesforce and Monday.com, aligning with university departments to maximize outreach revenue, collecting and analyzing reports for senior leadership on KPIs, participating in budget planning, setting performance metrics, fostering innovation, communicating effectively with stakeholders, identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, leading by example ethically, leading and supporting team members through performance management, and performing special projects as assigned.

- • The person can learn to lead high-impact partnership strategies in higher education, drive revenue growth through workforce and community education initiatives, develop expertise in tuition assistance, customized education, workforce development, hiring partnerships, DEI training, prior learning credit, and credential-rich pathways, master CRM and analytics tools for partnership tracking, influence cross-departmental alignment across Academics, Registrar, Enrollment, Student Services, Career Services, and WCE PACE, and grow leadership capabilities by managing a team of 3-10 outreach specialists while shaping National University’s competitive position in the education market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant industry experience with demonstrated ability to build partnerships within regional market organizations.
- • Leadership experience preferred; experience in higher education strongly preferred.
- • Experience working in a dynamic, hybrid, technology-driven enterprise preferred.
- • Ability to hire, train, develop, evaluate, lead and direct work and discipline staff, taking corrective action as necessary.
- • Advanced use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
