- • As Regional Director of Professional Services at Omni Analytics, you will lead and grow the North American Professional Services team, ensuring successful delivery of customer implementations and driving team performance in a high-impact, fast-growing AI analytics company.
- • You will own team performance across billable utilization, customer outcomes, and financial metrics; hire, develop, and retain top talent; coach Architects and Engagement Managers on strategy and process; manage subcontractor partnerships; and serve as the final accountable party for regional back-office processes.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to shape go-to-market strategy, feed customer insights into product development, and ensure seamless delivery of Omni’s AI analytics platform.
- • Omni is a well-funded, mission-driven company ($217M raised, $1.5B valuation) building a governed context graph for trusted AI analytics, used by enterprises to turn data into actionable insights via natural language and integrations with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Slack.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling professional services organizations, deepen your understanding of enterprise data and AI implementation, and drive measurable impact on customer success and company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in SaaS, consulting, data, or related domains
- • Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives as an individual contributor or manager
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales teams
- • Builder mentality with comfort operating in environments where processes are still evolving
- • Clear, direct communication style with a habit of giving early and frequent feedback
