Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and flawless execution of field marketing events across North America, ensuring every touchpoint accelerates pipeline growth for Corellium’s Federal, State, and Local business units.
  • • Translate quarterly revenue targets into a data-driven event calendar that balances first-party experiences (executive briefings, roundtables, CTFs, classified demos) with third-party sponsorships (RSA, AFCEA West, DoDIIS, SLED summits) and hybrid digital extensions.
  • • Build and manage a rolling 12-month budget—tracking spend to pipeline influenced, cost-per-lead, and ROI—while negotiating vendor contracts, AV, shipping, and on-site logistics to deliver premium experiences under aggressive cost-per-acquisition goals.
  • • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Channel teams to identify high-value accounts, craft account-based event plays, and create pre-event briefs that arm reps with talking points, target personas, and meeting schedules to maximize face-to-face selling time.
  • • Develop event narratives that weave Corellium’s mobile device virtualization and zero-trust security story into compelling, compliance-focused messaging tailored to Fed/SLED buyers, then translate those narratives into stage decks, demo scripts, signage, and immersive booth experiences.
  • • Produce post-event follow-up engines: Marketo nurture streams, personalized videos, and executive debriefs that convert booth scans into SALs within 72 hours and accelerate opportunities through the funnel.
  • • Travel up to 40 % across the U.S. (CONUS) and occasionally OCONUS to shepherd events from load-in to load-out, troubleshoot on-site crises, and capture real-time customer feedback for rapid iteration.
  • • Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch new verticalized assets—one-pagers, case studies, and threat landscape reports—timed to coincide with marquee events, ensuring every attendee leaves with a next-step call to action.
  • • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in event speaker line-ups, attendee lists, and creative concepts to reflect the communities Corellium serves and strengthen brand trust.
  • • Establish and socialize event KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced, win rate) in Salesforce and Tableau dashboards; present monthly read-outs to senior leadership and iterate programs based on performance insights.
  • • Mentor cross-functional “event squads” drawn from Sales, SE, and Customer Success, instilling best practices in lead capture, storytelling, and post-event debriefs that scale beyond the marketing org.
  • • Maintain strict security protocols when handling classified or CJIS environments, coordinating with FSO and ISSO to ensure booth staff, hardware, and collateral meet FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and ITAR requirements.
  • • Experiment with emerging event tech—RFID badges, AR demos, live capture studios—to differentiate Corellium in crowded expo halls and deliver measurable engagement uplifts.
  • • Serve as the regional voice of the customer, funneling field intelligence (competitive moves, budget cycles, procurement pain points) back to Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to inform roadmap and campaign pivots.
  • • Spearhead co-marketing initiatives with strategic alliance partners (AWS GovCloud, CrowdStrike, Carahsoft) to co-host roadshows, webinars, and VIP dinners that expand reach and share costs.
  • • Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint—color palettes, typography, voice, and tone—while tailoring creative to regional nuances (e.g., hurricane resilience themes for Florida SLED agencies).
  • • Build a scalable playbooks library—run-of-show templates, booth design blueprints, swag sourcing guides, and crisis-response checklists—so future events can be spun up in days, not weeks.
  • • Foster a culture of experimentation by piloting micro-events (20-person threat-hunting workshops in SCIFs, joint webinars with state CISOs) and rapidly doubling down on formats that exceed pipeline targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of B2B field or event marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or public-sector technology.
  • • Proven track record of delivering $5M+ in influenced pipeline through regional events and ABM programs.
  • • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo (or equivalent MAP), and Excel for budget, lead, and ROI tracking.
  • • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Secret or higher) within 12 months of hire.
  • • Willingness to travel up to 40 % across North America, including occasional overnight/weekend stays.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Fully remote-first culture with quarterly off-sites in rotating North American cities.
  • • Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly bonus tied to event-sourced pipeline.
  • • $2,000 annual professional-development stipend for conferences, certifications, or courses.
  • • Platinum-tier health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents—100 % company-paid.
  • • 20 days PTO, 11 federal holidays, and a week-long winter shutdown between Christmas and New Year’s.
