  • • As a Regional HR Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in establishing and embedding Precision Medicine Group’s HR Operations model across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, ensuring consistent, compliant, and employee-centered delivery of HR services while supporting the company’s expansion in Latin America.
  • • You will lead a team of local HR Operations Specialists, oversee day-to-day HR service delivery (onboarding, changes, exits), coach and develop staff for accuracy and compliance, and maintain strong governance for data integrity, process adherence, and documentation standards across the region.
  • • You will operate as part of a connected global HR Operations leadership team, collaborating with fellow Regional Leads to standardize processes, templates, and service delivery, contribute to global process maps and playbooks, and support alignment in systems, workflows, and automation initiatives.
  • • You will partner closely with Global HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, Legal, Finance, and the Employee Relations Management Office (ERMO) to deliver seamless HR processes, act as the regional escalation point for complex employee matters, and ensure close collaboration with Tier 0/1 teams to streamline knowledge sharing and case management.
  • • You will drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes, support the introduction of digital tools and AI-enabled solutions, and contribute to global HR Operations projects, pilots, and technology deployments.
  • • You will use metrics and data to monitor HR Operations performance, identify improvement opportunities, drive accountability, and provide regional insights to the VP of HR Operations to inform strategic decisions, trends, and prioritization.
  • • You will foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning within the regional team, role-model Precision’s values (Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect, Collaboration), and encourage innovation, curiosity, and shared ownership to evolve HR Operations globally.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Broad HR Operations or Shared Services experience across multiple countries
  • • Proven success leading teams and embedding new ways of working
  • • Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and governance
  • • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a global matrix environment
  • • Data-driven, analytical mindset with an eye for simplification and continuous improvement
  • • Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure from the ground up
