- • As Regional Vice President - Enterprise at SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc., you will lead the Enterprise sales organization to drive growth in Identity Security solutions, a market-leading SaaS platform trusted by half of the Fortune 500 and ASX 50 companies.
- • Day to day, you will manage a team of sales professionals selling directly to end users and through channel partners, oversee pipeline and forecasting rigor, collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring, and align marketing and partner strategies to uncover white-space opportunities and new logo prospects.
- • SailPoint is a recognized leader in Identity Security with 15 consecutive years of "best places to work" awards, a strong culture of innovation, and a global presence expanding its influence in enterprise risk management through its IGA Solution Suite.
- • In this role, you will develop and execute 12-month and 3-year business plans, refine team structure and processes, earn enablement badges from "1st Mate" to "Captain," and demonstrate measurable impact on People, Process, Cadence, and Structure while building a foundation for sustained growth.
