- • Lead all sales operations and revenue growth for Central Europe, driving Net New Annual Contract Value (NNACV) to meet and exceed quarterly regional sales targets
- • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales professionals, ensuring each member achieves minimum competency within 30 days of onboarding
- • Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners across Central Europe
- • Design and execute a regional business plan that includes booking goals, pipeline targets, territory assignments, and activity metrics (prospecting, meetings, POCs) with monthly progress tracking
- • Collaborate with marketing to develop and refine demand generation strategies, leveraging prospect and customer feedback to enhance positioning and messaging
- • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Fortune 1000 accounts, including direct involvement in executive sales calls and challenger-style pitching
- • Accurately forecast regional business performance on a weekly basis using CRM data and sales pipeline analysis
- • Drive net new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customer accounts to maximize ARR growth
- • Establish and refine customer segmentation models, coverage strategies, and sales methodologies to optimize team efficiency and scalability
- • Coach field team members through joint calls with prospects, customers, and partners to improve sales execution and close rates
- • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product adoption by working closely with field and support teams throughout the customer lifecycle
- • Lead and manage the customer renewal process across all stages of customer acceptance
- • Provide actionable market and customer feedback to executive and product teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
- • Spearhead regional sales strategy, contract negotiation, and deal structuring in alignment with global sales objectives
- • Maintain a hands-on leadership style, actively engaging in the field to support team performance and model best practices
- • Create a continuous learning environment through weekly, monthly, and quarterly training events to build a professional, adaptable, and highly skilled sales team
- • Travel up to 30%+ to support customer engagements, team coaching, and regional sales activities
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, leveraging existing relationships to accelerate deal progression and expand market presence
- • Analyze sales data to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and adjust strategy proactively to ensure revenue targets are met
- • Partner with global sales leaders to define and implement go-to-market tactics tailored to the Central European market
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of successful leadership experience in field sales within the cybersecurity software/technology sector
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual team quotas and leading performance above targets
- • Demonstrated experience managing and closing new business with Fortune 1000 enterprise customers
- • Strong business acumen with ability to drive results from both revenue and profitability perspectives
- • Executive presence and C-suite savvy with exceptional interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
- • Self-starter with strong forecasting, sales operations, and CRM-based process orientation
