• • As an RBT at Tellos, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of implementing meticulously designed, individualized treatment plans, all under the expert supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• • Your role is pivotal in empowering our clients to develop essential life skills, overcome behavioral challenges, and significantly improve their overall quality of life, fostering independence and well-being.
• • Key responsibilities will include the direct implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans, which are carefully crafted by our BCBAs to meet the unique needs of each client.
• • You will be instrumental in the meticulous collection and accurate recording of data pertaining to client progress, behavior patterns, and response to interventions, providing vital insights for ongoing plan refinement.
• • Your involvement will extend to assisting with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill acquisition assessments, contributing valuable observations and data to the diagnostic and planning process.
• • You will provide dedicated 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients, primarily within their home settings, creating a comfortable and familiar environment conducive to learning and growth.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of our approach. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, which includes BCBAs, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other specialists, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to client care.
