- • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) under direct supervision
- • Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behavior during 1:1 therapy sessions
- • Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments as directed by the BCBA
- • Provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in their home environment
- • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to support client goals
- • Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions
- • Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- • Adhere to all BACB ethical and professional standards in daily practice and client interactions
- • Support clients with autism or other developmental disabilities in developing essential life, communication, and social skills
- • Document therapy sessions and behavioral observations using approved data collection tools and protocols
- • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding client progress, challenges, and behavioral changes
- • Follow safety and emergency protocols during therapy sessions to ensure client well-being
- • Maintain a professional demeanor and build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- • Participate in ongoing supervision meetings to review treatment fidelity and adjust implementation strategies as needed
- • Uphold the mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and nurturing work environment
- • Engage in continuous learning to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with evidence-based ABA practices
- • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and dedication in all interactions with clients and their families
- • Utilize reliable transportation to travel to client homes within the assigned service area
- • Pass and maintain clearance through required background checks to ensure client safety and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements
- • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or Behavior Technician credential strongly preferred
- • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- • Ability to pass a background check
- • High school diploma or equivalent
