- • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role delivering in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with special needs under BCBA supervision, making a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in children's homes, following behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA, collecting and recording data on client progress and behaviors, participating in supervision sessions with a BCBA, and attending required team meetings and training sessions.
- • Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, provides compassionate, in-home ABA therapy services, partnering with Finni Health to support local BCBAs and technicians with tools, training, and operational excellence to deliver high-quality care to families in their communities.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in ABA therapy, develop skills in behavior intervention and data collection, receive training and support to obtain RBT certification, and have opportunities for career growth within the ABA field while making a tangible difference in children's lives.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Experience working with children
- • Passion for supporting children with special needs
- • Reliable transportation
- • Early intervention experience (ages 2–6)
- • In-home-based experience
