  • • Embark on a fulfilling career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Tellos, where we are redefining the standard for support and compensation in the behavioral health industry. We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Stockbridge, GA team, offering a unique opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of children and families.
  • • As an RBT, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, directly implementing individualized treatment plans meticulously crafted by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your role is pivotal in fostering skill development and enhancing the overall well-being and quality of life for our clients.
  • • Your core responsibilities will involve the direct application of ABA principles to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. This includes providing one-on-one therapy sessions, primarily in home-based settings, creating a comfortable and familiar environment for the client.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be the diligent collection and accurate recording of data pertaining to client progress and behavioral changes. This data is essential for monitoring treatment effectiveness, informing adjustments to intervention strategies, and ensuring that our therapeutic approaches remain client-centered and evidence-based.
  • • You will actively participate in the assessment process, assisting BCBAs with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill acquisition assessments. This involvement provides valuable insights into client needs and helps in the development of tailored and effective treatment plans.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include BCBAs, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other specialists. This integrated approach ensures that clients receive comprehensive and holistic care, addressing all facets of their development.

  • • Tellos is committed to fostering a work environment that combats the high burnout rates often seen in this field. We achieve this through a truly caring and nurturing culture, competitive compensation that exceeds market rates, and multiple avenues for career advancement within the organization.
  • • We believe in nurturing talent and providing clear pathways for growth. Whether you aspire to become a lead RBT, pursue BCBA certification, or explore other roles within our expanding organization, Tellos offers the support and opportunities to help you achieve your professional aspirations.
  • • Your dedication to compassionate care, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of clients are the qualities we value most. If you are passionate about making a tangible difference and are seeking a supportive and rewarding career, Tellos is the place for you.
  • • Join a team that not only values your contributions but actively invests in your success and well-being. We are building a community where professionals can thrive, grow, and experience the deep satisfaction that comes from meaningful work.
