- • As a Regulatory Gaming Compliance Specialist at DraftKings, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company meets evolving gaming regulations across multiple U.S. jurisdictions, supporting lawful and responsible expansion of its sports betting and iGaming products.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing responses to regulator inquiries, managing recurring and ad hoc regulatory reporting, interpreting regulatory requirements for internal teams, maintaining up-to-date compliance documentation, tracking submission deadlines, and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations to align workflows with regulatory expectations.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in gaming regulatory frameworks, strengthen your ability to translate complex regulations into actionable processes, and gain experience supporting market launches and compliance readiness in a high-growth, highly regulated industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- • At least 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related function within a highly regulated industry.
- • Experience supporting the interpretation of regulatory requirements and translating them into operational processes.
- • Familiarity with regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory bodies is preferred.
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support regulator-facing interactions.
- • Experience in gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or a similarly regulated industry is preferred.
- • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Suite, and collaboration platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack).
