- • The Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all regulatory reporting obligations at Interactive Brokers LLC, a global financial services leader recognized for innovation and client commitment.
- • Day to day, the analyst will identify and resolve discrepancies in regulatory exception reports across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and commodities; serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external regulatory inquiries; coordinate with IT, Operations, and Business Units to enhance reporting systems and procedures; maintain and update Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) and control documentation; manage data inputs into regulatory reporting systems such as TRACE, RTRS, TRF, and ORF; and collaborate with Middle Office, Trading Desks, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure alignment on reporting obligations.
- • The role sits within the Compliance team at Interactive Brokers Group, Inc., a multinational firm headquartered in Greenwich, CT, with offices in over 15 countries and clients in over 200 territories, known for its cutting-edge technology and recognition as Barron’s #1 online broker for six consecutive years.
