- • The Reimbursement & Access Manager (RAM) is a commercially focused, field-based position responsible for ensuring patient access and reimbursement for iRhythm’s Zio services across key accounts in the Southeast US territory. This role acts as a strategic partner to field sales, healthcare providers, billing staff, and internal commercial stakeholders to proactively identify, educate, and resolve access barriers and reimbursement issues.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary field-facing contact for access and reimbursement inquiries, analyzing and resolving reimbursement barriers with providers and internal teams, training provider staff on co-pay support, prior authorization, and coverage requirements, tracking access challenges and trends in real-time, and acting as a regional subject matter expert on payer policy, billing workflows, and claims adjudication.
