- • The Relationship Manager team, established in 2022, is central to our strategy. Every customer opening an account is assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager, tasked with providing outstanding service and building deep, trust-based relationships. This role is crucial in understanding our clients' ambitions, goals, and motivations, enabling us to offer tailored support.
- • As a Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting customers with Allica Bank's comprehensive suite of products, including Business Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Commercial Loans, Asset Finance, and Working Capital Facilities. Your expertise will guide clients towards the most suitable financial solutions for their business needs.
- • A key aspect of this role involves new business acquisition. While managing existing portfolios, you will also be responsible for actively seeking and developing new SME lending opportunities. This requires cultivating and leveraging a strong network of trusted SME advisors, such as accountants, solicitors, and business organizations, to identify potential clients and referral sources.
- • We expect our Relationship Managers to be recognized as valued partners and experts in business finance within their local communities. This involves not only understanding financial products but also possessing a deep insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by established SMEs.
- • Your principal accountabilities will include expertly managing a portfolio of SME customers, thoroughly understanding their needs and business aspirations, and proactively identifying opportunities to support them through Allica Bank's offerings and your external network.
- • You will be responsible for originating SME lending opportunities for both existing and new customers, managing the entire process from initial inquiry through to completion. This includes meticulously preparing credit papers in strict accordance with Allica’s credit policy and risk appetite.
- • Delivering the business plan for your designated local area is a core responsibility. You will actively manage your objectives and personal development plan to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- • Representing Allica Bank in your local area requires a commitment to excellence. You will ensure outstanding service delivery for local SME customers, prospects, and advisors, making your colleagues proud of your representation of the bank's values.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely and harmoniously with all departments within Allica Bank to guarantee a seamless, professional, and positive customer experience.
