- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the Private Risk - Insurance Advisory Solutions division, delivering unparalleled client service, expert technical guidance, and proactive risk management strategies.
- • Anticipate and evaluate client needs on a day-to-day basis, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and issues via in-person meetings, email, or telephone, ensuring a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
- • Conduct thorough reviews of client exposures, meticulously examining underwriting memos, loss histories, and current coverage details to identify potential gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- • Provide expert advice and counsel to clients on complex and evolving risk exposures, translating intricate insurance concepts into actionable strategies.
- • Analyze inspection reports for accuracy, assess coverage implications, and identify potential loss prevention issues, offering proactive direction to mitigate risks and resolve claims efficiently.
- • Develop and present comprehensive private risk management renewal proposals and agendas to existing clients, facilitating engaging and interactive annual reviews to ensure alignment with their changing needs.
- • Possess a deep understanding of and actively introduce and leverage the firm's holistic platform, including employee benefits, commercial insurance, and asset protection services, to provide integrated solutions.
- • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with a diverse network of insurance company partners, demonstrating accountability for understanding insurer contracts, specific requirements, and unique attributes to secure optimal coverage for clients.
- • Uphold a steadfast commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in all interactions with clients, internal teams, and insurance company partners, thereby minimizing the potential for errors and omissions claims and safeguarding client interests.
- • Act as a market placement specialist, proactively remarketing existing client programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with current market offerings and evolving client needs.
- • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes, making proactive and informed recommendations to clients to enhance their risk management posture.
- • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail in managing client portfolios, policy documents, and communication records.
- • Actively seek and identify opportunities to enhance the firm's services, improve business segment performance, and streamline internal processes, bringing any identified issues or discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership for resolution and continuous improvement.
- • Foster a client-centric approach, building trust and rapport through consistent, reliable, and expert service delivery.
- • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and other advisory specialists, to ensure seamless client experiences and comprehensive risk solutions.
- • Educate clients on risk management best practices and the importance of maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.
- • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique financial and personal circumstances to tailor risk management strategies.
- • Navigate and interpret complex insurance policies, explaining terms, conditions, and exclusions clearly to clients.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services and solutions that align with client needs and firm offerings.
- • Contribute to the growth and success of the Private Risk division by retaining existing clients and attracting new business through exceptional service and expertise.
