• • As a Relationship Manager at Allica Bank, you will play a pivotal role in supporting established SMEs across South Wales by building trusted, long-term relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions that help businesses grow and thrive.
• • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of SME customers, understand their business aspirations, identify lending opportunities, originate and structure credit proposals, write credit papers in line with bank policy, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery while actively contributing to new business acquisition.
