- • Own the end-to-end release process for Heidi’s clinical AI products, including planning, coordination, execution, and finalization of releases across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- • Develop and maintain a comprehensive, scalable release calendar that outlines key milestones, activities, and procedures for all product launches.
- • Design and implement scalable release processes and tooling to support Heidi’s rapid growth and increasing feature complexity across 190+ countries.
- • Create and refine clear, consistent documentation to guide cross-functional teams through the release workflow and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- • Coordinate synchronized feature launches across multiple teams including product, engineering, marketing, and user feedback channels to ensure unified go-live activities.
- • Monitor release performance post-deployment to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- • Ensure adherence to release timelines and instructions by working closely with engineering teams to maintain schedule integrity.
- • Align with product marketing teams on B2B, brand, and PMM initiatives to synchronize release schedules with go-to-market strategies.
- • Spearhead the evolution of release practices by identifying inefficiencies and introducing standardized, repeatable processes from the ground up.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities, leading through influence rather than direct authority across senior stakeholders.
- • Build systems that make every release smoother than the last, focusing on long-term scalability over short-term fixes.
- • Champion a culture of ownership, evidence-based decision-making, and patient-centered outcomes in every release decision.
- • Live in clinicians’ reality by designing release workflows that account for real-world, high-pressure clinical environments—not idealized scenarios.
- • Ship, measure, and iterate rapidly, prioritizing precise execution at pace over excessive planning or process theatre.
- • Maintain compliance with industry standards and operational rigor appropriate for a healthcare AI product used in clinical settings.
- • Act as the central hub for cross-functional communication, ensuring transparency and alignment between engineering, product, marketing, and customer feedback loops.
- • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing release data, gathering stakeholder feedback, and refining processes to reduce friction and increase reliability.
- • Balance speed with stability, ensuring that rapid iteration does not compromise the safety, accuracy, or trustworthiness of clinical AI deployments.
- • Represent Heidi’s mission to double global healthcare capacity by enabling clinicians to spend more time with patients through seamless, reliable software releases.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years TPM or release management experience at an established and compliance-heavy organization
- • Domain experience working with release engineering, deployment pipelines, or platform infrastructure
- • Deep understanding of release management processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
- • Experience coordinating large-scale, cross-functional releases involving product, engineering, and marketing teams
- • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- • A natural communicator who leads through influence, not authority — able to coordinate across diverse, senior stakeholders without direct authority
