📋 Description

• Step into a highly visible leadership role as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) at Qodeworld, where you will be instrumental in guiding our Agile teams, influencing critical delivery outcomes, and championing continuous improvement across a complex and dynamic technology ecosystem.

• As the RTE, you will be the servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring the ART operates at its highest potential and delivers value consistently. Your primary focus will be on facilitating ART events and processes, assisting the teams in delivering value, and driving the adoption and effectiveness of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• You will be responsible for facilitating all key Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies. This includes meticulously planning and executing Program Increment (PI) Planning (also known as Big Room Planning or BRP), ensuring effective System Demos that showcase integrated progress, leading insightful Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops to identify areas for improvement, and orchestrating productive Scrum of Scrums meetings to synchronize multiple teams.
• A significant part of your role will involve coaching Scrum Masters, individual teams, and organizational leaders. You will guide them in embracing and embodying the Lean-Agile mindset, implementing best practices, and adopting behaviors that demonstrably enhance delivery effectiveness and predictability.
• You will be tasked with diligently tracking program objectives, identifying and managing program risks, and meticulously monitoring cross-team dependencies. This proactive approach is crucial for optimizing execution, mitigating potential roadblocks, and ensuring the predictable delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement is paramount. You will achieve this by leveraging data-driven insights from various metrics and retrospectives, promoting transparent communication with all stakeholders, and actively encouraging experimentation and learning across the ART.
• You will play a key role in coordinating the logistics for our in-person quarterly events, which are critical for PI Planning and other strategic alignment activities. This involves close collaboration with internal teams, vendor partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of these high-impact gatherings.
• Your leadership will extend to identifying and removing impediments that hinder team progress, both at the team level and across the ART. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to resolve these blockers efficiently.
• You will be a champion for Lean-Agile principles, helping to embed these values and practices throughout the organization. This includes promoting concepts like flow, value stream management, and customer centricity.
• You will contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap of the ART, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and objectives.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between different teams, stakeholders, and leadership is a core responsibility. You will ensure information flows smoothly and that everyone is aligned on priorities and progress.
• You will assist Product Management in the Program Backlog refinement process and ensure that the ART is prepared for PI Planning.
• Your role involves measuring and reporting on the ART's performance, providing insights into key metrics and trends to drive informed decision-making.
• You will work closely with System Architects/Engineering and other relevant roles to ensure architectural integrity and technical enablement of features.
• This position requires a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented individual who can navigate complex organizational dynamics and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals. You will be a catalyst for change and a key enabler of our agile journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) and Lean-Agile principles.
• Proven experience coaching and facilitating Agile teams, with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
• Prior people-leadership experience, including mentoring, developing, and providing oversight for Scrum Masters or other Agile practitioners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and teams without direct authority.
• Background in Agile delivery leadership, program management, or project management within a technology-driven environment.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies, identify risks, and resolve conflicts constructively and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
