📋 Description
- • Join a leading semiconductor manufacturer as a Reliability & Parametric Test Engineer, contributing to the development and enhancement of ultra-low power, low-voltage integrated circuits that power critical automotive, consumer, industrial, and wireless applications.
- • This pivotal role is based on-site in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, offering a permanent employment contract with long-term stability and the opportunity to work within a company that harmoniously blends industrial scale with a robust engineering culture.
- • You will be instrumental in extending our Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) activities and meticulously following up on the results, ensuring the highest standards of product integrity.
- • A key responsibility will be the maintenance and continuous improvement of Parametric Test processes for our advanced technologies, specifically focusing on nodes ranging from 0.18 to 0.11 µm.
- • You will leverage our primary parametric test platform, Agilent (Keysight), to execute your responsibilities and drive innovation.
- • The role demands a proactive approach to developing and executing a comprehensive WLR strategy for technologies currently in production, ensuring their long-term performance and reliability.
- • You will be tasked with the follow-up of existing Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) tests, identifying areas for enhancement, and spearheading the development of new, more effective WLR tests.
- • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of this position, working closely with the Technology R&D and the Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) Development Team to establish relevant and impactful WLR tests specifically tailored for NVM applications.
- • You will serve as a central point of knowledge and expertise regarding Device Reliability aspects for all technologies currently in production, acting as a go-to resource for the engineering teams.
- • Take ownership of critical test routines and test programs, meticulously managing limit files, specifications, operating procedures, and work instructions for technologies in production, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- • Actively participate in parametric test activities for upcoming, next-generation technology nodes, working in close cooperation with the development team to anticipate and address future challenges.
- • Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including Gage R&R analysis, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our testing equipment and methodologies.
