  • • Own the end-to-end recruiting funnel for all go-to-market (GTM) roles, directly impacting company growth and scaling efforts at a Series B AI-native B2B company.
  • • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets, leveraging referrals, outbound outreach, and innovative talent acquisition methods.
  • • Design and implement scalable, high-performing recruiting processes from scratch, establishing foundational systems for a rapidly growing team of 90+ employees.
  • • Collaborate directly with founders and leadership, including the Chief of Staff, to align hiring strategy with business objectives and prioritize critical GTM hires.
  • • Manage multiple concurrent recruitment searches with precision, ensuring timely fills while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
  • • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health to drive data-informed improvements in hiring outcomes.
  • • Utilize Ashby ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline workflows, maintain accurate candidate records, and enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • • Serve as the first dedicated recruiter at Pylon, shaping the culture and standards of the company’s hiring practices from the ground up.
  • • Engage with candidates across sales, customer success, business development, and marketing functions, understanding the unique demands of GTM roles in an AI-driven startup environment.
  • • Maintain a strong employer brand presence by delivering exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Pylon’s innovative culture and mission.
  • • Contribute to strategic workforce planning by identifying talent gaps and anticipating future hiring needs as the company scales its GTM organization.
  • • Participate in on-site hiring events and employer branding initiatives at the San Francisco office, reinforcing Pylon’s presence in the local tech talent ecosystem.
  • • Ensure compliance with hiring best practices and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
  • • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and evaluate candidate fit against both technical and cultural criteria.
  • • Continuously refine recruitment workflows based on feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to optimize efficiency and quality of hire.
  • • Represent Pylon at industry events and talent networks to build relationships with potential candidates and stay ahead of market trends in GTM hiring.
  • • Support relocation logistics for new hires moving to San Francisco, ensuring a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving talent markets, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment technologies relevant to high-growth AI startups.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at fast-paced, high-growth startups
  • • Proven success in sourcing and hiring go-to-market (GTM) and business roles
  • • Experience with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
