- • As a Remarketing Manager at Element Fleet Management Corp., you will drive the sale of all assets within your assigned region or territory, ensuring adherence to department standards in pricing and inventory management while directly impacting key performance indicators such as Black Book/FMV, Days to Pick Up, Days to Sell, third-party and core revenue, and client retention.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing vehicle sales both on-site and online, developing and maintaining auction network relationships through regular attendance, leading client and prospect meetings, preparing sales materials, and representing Element with a consistent client experience focused on low cycle time and high sale values.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams, participate in auction coverage for peers during PTO, contribute to product roadmap initiatives, and uphold company policies including floor pricing guidelines, all while building and sustaining strong relationships with third-party clients and dealers to generate sales leads and retain core business.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8 years of experience in a professional sales or marketing environment, preferably in used vehicle sales
- • Knowledge of new and used vehicle sales industry processes and procedures
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated negotiation abilities
- • Ability to work under pressure using tact, discretion, and good judgment
- • PC competency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- • Preferred: College degree or equivalent work experience and CAR certification from ARA (Automotive Remarketing Alliance)
