📋 Description

• • Process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities and locations, ensuring strict compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• • Accurately code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, maintaining precision in financial categorization and record-keeping.
• • Perform vendor account reconciliations by requesting and reviewing account statements, identifying discrepancies, and resolving discrepancies promptly to ensure accurate financial records.
• • Communicate directly with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to clarify billing issues, resolve invoice disputes, and respond to payment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities by preparing, generating, and distributing billing reports to finance stakeholders and internal departments.
• • Maintain detailed and organized financial documentation for audit readiness and internal controls, ensuring all transactions are properly tracked and documented.
• • Utilize financial software systems including QuickBooks, NetSuite, Mediaocean, or Strata to process payments, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
