📋 Description

• Array Behavioral Care is the nation's leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, transforming access to quality, timely behavioral health care through innovative telepsychiatry solutions and services.
• As a 100% virtual Psychiatrist, you will provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states.
• You will immerse yourself in the buzz of emergency departments, hospital medical floors, or crisis stabilization units from the comfort of your own home.
• Array Emergency Psychiatrists collaborate with onsite professionals to determine a timely disposition and use evidence-based practices to provide care to vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health crises.
• Array will support getting additional state licensure for active, board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists.
• You will simultaneously serve multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis and find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care.
• You will receive support throughout your shift by our 24/7 access center who triages cases and makes sure you have what you need to successfully treat each patient.
• You will direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
• You will utilize a collaborative care approach within your partner’s healthcare treatment team.

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
• Unrestricted, independent licensure
• Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
• Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups
• Treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings
• Communicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent care
• Experience working with multiple EMRs at the same time
• Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealth

• The pay range for this role is $150 - $195 an hour
