📋 Description

• Join a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Haitian Creole-speaking older adults in a virtual setting.
• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Haitian Creole, meeting patients in their language and cultural context.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Florida.
• Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Haitian Creole.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.
