- • As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our existing customer base by facilitating changes to their current insurance policies. Partnering with over 55 insurance carriers, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with policy adjustments, from processing service changes to clarifying policy details. Your primary objective will be to provide enthusiastic and empathetic support, ensuring a positive customer experience.

- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound calls from existing Jerry customers.
- • Efficiently process a variety of service requests, including but not limited to adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending out policy documents.
- • Address customer inquiries regarding existing insurance policies, providing clear explanations of coverages, policy benefits, and assisting with necessary policy modifications.
- • Actively engage in customer retention efforts, identifying policyholders at risk of cancellation and implementing strategies to retain their business.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and policy management.
- • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policy changes across our extensive network of insurance carriers.

- • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries and processing service requests.
