- • As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be the frontline advocate for Jerry’s existing customers, handling inbound calls to process policy changes, answer coverage questions, and proactively retain policyholders at risk of cancellation—your empathy, accuracy, and problem-solving will directly impact customer loyalty and Jerry’s mission to simplify car ownership for millions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound customer calls, processing service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, issuing policy documents, clarifying coverage details and benefits, and identifying retention opportunities for customers expressing dissatisfaction or intent to cancel.
- • You will multitask across multiple systems while maintaining high accuracy and compliance, document interactions thoroughly, follow up on pending requests, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service issues—all while adhering to Jerry’s standards for exceptional customer care and regulatory requirements.
- • The role offers flexible scheduling with options for a 5-day, 8-hour or 4-day, 10-hour workweek, enabling work-life balance while ensuring consistent coverage for customer needs across time zones.
- • You’ll work remotely with company-provided equipment, receiving ongoing training and mentorship from leadership to deepen your insurance knowledge, improve service techniques, and grow into a trusted advisor for Jerry’s diverse customer base.

- • In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in property and casualty insurance, refine communication and conflict-resolution skills, gain experience with CRM and policy administration systems, and build a foundation for advancement into senior support, team lead, or specialized insurance operations roles within Jerry’s expanding organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably handling inbound customer service or insurance-related inquiries
- • Strong multitasking ability with proven capacity to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- • Genuine passion for helping others, demonstrated through empathetic communication, active listening, and a customer-first mindset
- • Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license (Jerry covers licensing costs and provides support to achieve this within 60 days of hire)
- • Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn Jerry’s internal platforms, CRM tools, and policy management software
- • Excellent verbal communication skills, including clarity, professionalism, and the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms
