- • As a Remote Counsellor/Psychotherapist in the Young Persons department at Bupa Insurance Limited, you will support children and adolescents aged 11–17 by delivering high-quality therapeutic care through safe, effective, and compassionate online sessions, helping them build resilience, confidence, and improved emotional wellbeing.
- • Day to day, you will deliver remote counselling, complete assessments and formulations, provide therapy via video sessions, communicate with parents, carers, schools, and local authorities, conduct risk assessments and safeguarding planning, signpost or refer to other services when needed, offer occasional adult counselling support, lead wellbeing workshops or psychoeducation sessions, work autonomously while collaborating with clinical and operational teams, and attend supervision, team meetings, and continuous professional development.
- • You will join Bupa’s Young Persons Talking Therapies Team, a clinically driven unit committed to mental health support that is clear, warm, and accessible, operating within a organisation dedicated to helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives with no shareholders and a strong purpose-driven culture.
- • In this role, you can deepen your clinical expertise in adolescent mental health, strengthen your ability to work within structured clinical governance and case-management systems, develop leadership and psychoeducation facilitation skills, and advance your professional practice through supervision and CPD aligned with BACP, NCPS, or UKCP requirements.
