We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent to become an integral part of our dynamic team.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, assisting them with crucial changes to their current insurance policies. Leveraging our extensive network of over 55 insurance carrier partners, you will guide customers through various policy adjustments, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Your responsibilities will span from processing essential service requests to providing clear and comprehensive answers regarding policy details, all while embodying Jerry's commitment to exceptional customer service.

  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy, addressing a wide range of questions and concerns related to their existing insurance policies.
  • • Accurately process a variety of service requests, including but not limited to adding or removing vehicles and drivers from policies, updating lienholder information, and generating and sending policy documents promptly.
  • • Provide expert guidance and support to customers seeking to understand their current insurance coverages, policy benefits, and any potential changes or adjustments needed.
  • • Proactively engage with customers who may be at risk of policy cancellation, employing effective problem-solving skills and offering suitable solutions to retain their business and ensure their continued satisfaction with Jerry.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and policy changes in our CRM system.
  • • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, carrier updates, and industry best practices to provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and workflows by providing feedback and suggestions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • • A strong passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days of employment (company will provide sponsorship).
