- • Manage all aspects of the Actual Arrival Date (AAD) for online SKUs across all Signet Jewelers banners, including both drop ship and stocked products, ensuring accurate calculation and customer-facing display during non-peak periods.
- • Monitor and validate the performance and accuracy of Nextuple’s AIML Predictive Delivery Dates and configured AADs for drop ship SKUs, partnering with Nextuple resources and Signet technology owners to plan, execute, and evaluate model retrainings and associated metadata outputs.
- • Maintain data alignment between Signet systems (Hybris, PIM, IMS) and Nextuple, identifying and implementing appropriate buffer days or blacklisting rules to preserve AAD integrity.
- • Accurately maintain and update outage dates for all vendors, distribution centers (DCs), stores, and carriers within Hybris, PIM, and IMS systems, requiring coordination with Transportation, DC Leadership, Store Operations, Vendor Operations, and IT teams.
- • Build and execute comprehensive holiday AAD management plans to support guaranteed order cut-off dates and times for all stocked SKUs across all fulfillment methods in the U.S., ensuring compliance with established holiday timelines.
- • Compile, submit, and update all drop ship vendor SKU holiday cut-off dates to Nextuple, including identification of newly added SKUs and their corresponding holiday cut-offs, and perform reconciliations across Signet records, PIM data, and Nextuple to ensure continuous data alignment.
- • Execute regression User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all AAD calculations across banners and fulfillment types for approximately 18 Hybris releases per year, identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs impacting AAD logic in lower environments and production.
- • Serve as the primary business support resource for all projects and enhancements that directly impact AAD calculation logic, customer-facing AAD messaging, or online order communication displays.
- • Collaborate with the Manager to establish governance frameworks for the entry, management, and documentation of AAD data, ensuring standardized processes and procedures are documented and followed.
- • Act as the key business partner to Nextuple, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of predictive delivery date logic with Signet’s operational and customer experience goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience managing Actual Arrival Date (AAD) or similar delivery date logic in an e-commerce environment
- • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally with IT, logistics, vendor operations, and store operations teams
- • Strong proficiency in executing UAT for e-commerce platform releases (e.g., Hybris)
- • Experience working with third-party predictive delivery platforms (e.g., Nextuple)
- • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management and reconciliation across multiple systems
- • Ability to manage time-sensitive holiday planning cycles and deliverables
