📋 Description

• Provide evidence-informed, patient-centered telehealth care to individuals seeking regenerative and preventive health solutions through virtual consultations using asynchronous and synchronous platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments via telemedicine, including review and interpretation of functional lab results such as hormone panels, micronutrient levels, inflammatory markers, and metabolic biomarkers.
• Design and implement personalized wellness plans focused on hormonal balance, metabolic optimization, nutrition, and preventive health strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapies (HRT), including testosterone, estrogen, and thyroid protocols, as well as targeted peptide therapies and supplement regimens based on clinical findings.
• Educate patients on evidence-based lifestyle modifications, supplement protocols, dietary adjustments, and self-care practices to support long-term health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant clinical documentation within the EHR system (e.g., Charm or similar platforms), ensuring adherence to regulatory and billing standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including health coaches, pharmacists, and clinical support staff to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care and continuity of treatment.
• Adhere strictly to state and federal telehealth regulations, including licensure requirements specific to New York and New Jersey, and follow best practices for virtual clinical practice.
• Participate in regular team huddles, case reviews, and ongoing professional development sessions to enhance clinical quality, stay current with emerging protocols, and align with organizational standards.
• Work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision, maintaining a professional, distraction-free home office setup with reliable high-speed internet.
• Conduct all virtual patient interactions via video conferencing with camera on, ensuring a secure, private, and professional background during all telehealth sessions.
• Operate within a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, with consistent availability during these hours to support patient care and team coordination.
• Utilize digital health tools, telemedicine platforms, and cloud-based systems to manage patient workflows, appointments, lab orders, and communication securely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, engage patients effectively, and navigate complex health discussions in a virtual setting.
• Maintain active compliance with all licensing, certification, and DEA requirements while practicing across multiple states with distinct telehealth regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license
• National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC)
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience, with exposure to functional, integrative, or hormone therapy preferred
• Prior experience in a telehealth or digital health setting strongly preferred
• Must be licensed in both New York and New Jersey
