- • Provide evidence-informed, patient-centered care via telemedicine to support regenerative and preventive health goals.
- • Conduct virtual consultations using both asynchronous and synchronous telehealth platforms to assess patient health status and progress.
- • Review and interpret functional lab results including hormone panels, micronutrient levels, inflammatory markers, and other advanced diagnostic data.
- • Design personalized wellness and hormone optimization plans focused on hormonal balance, metabolic health, nutrition, and preventive strategies.
- • Educate patients on treatment options, supplement protocols, lifestyle modifications, and evidence-based self-care practices.
- • Accurately document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans in the EHR system (Charm or similar).
- • Collaborate with clinical support staff, pharmacists, and health coaches to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary patient care.
- • Adhere strictly to state and federal telehealth regulations, licensing requirements, and clinical best practices.
- • Participate in regular team huddles, case reviews, and ongoing training sessions to maintain clinical excellence and professional development.
- • Maintain a distraction-free, professional home office environment suitable for video consultations with camera-on expectations.
- • Ensure reliable high-speed internet connectivity to support seamless telehealth delivery.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision in a fully virtual, remote clinical environment.
- • Follow a structured schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
- • Utilize digital care platforms and cloud-based tools to manage patient workflows, prescriptions, and clinical documentation.
- • Support patient adherence through clear communication, motivational guidance, and ongoing clinical follow-up.
- • Apply specialized knowledge in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including testosterone, estrogen, and thyroid protocols.
- • Integrate targeted supplementation and peptide therapies into individualized patient care plans where clinically appropriate.
- • Maintain compliance with DEA regulations and state NP licensing standards while practicing across telehealth boundaries.
- • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through active participation in clinical reviews and feedback loops.
- • Deliver care that aligns with Ways2Well’s mission of leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver high-impact, personalized healthcare at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license
- • National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC)
- • Active DEA registration
- • Minimum of 2 years of NP experience, with exposure to functional, integrative, or hormone therapy preferred
- • Prior experience in a telehealth or digital health setting strongly preferred
- • Comfortable navigating EHRs, telemedicine platforms, and cloud-based tools
