This involves a deep understanding and application of the ICD-10 CM/PCS and CPT coding classification systems, adhering strictly to established quality review policies and facility guidelines.

These reviews will be performed using various established methods, including accessing the facility's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, utilizing scanning technology, or other approved procedures.
