- • The Marketing Specialist at Kay Jewelers is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support the Kay brand’s short- and long-term strategies, driving brand equity, consumer relevance, and business growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting integrated marketing strategy development, partnering with merchandising and senior marketing managers to translate product priorities into strategic direction, converting high-level strategies into actionable messaging and creative briefs, collaborating with agencies on creative development, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, managing timelines, budgets, and performance tracking, and analyzing campaign performance using consumer insights and analytics.
- • The role operates within Signet Jewelers Limited, the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry with over 2,800 stores globally under brands including Kay, Zales, Jared, and JamesAllen.com, and is part of a people-first company committed to diversity, inclusion, and empowering team members.
- • The Marketing Specialist will gain hands-on experience in omnichannel campaign management, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven marketing optimization, and brand storytelling, with opportunities to contribute to new product launches and develop expertise in marketing analytics, CRM, and digital platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
- • 2+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience in campaign execution, content creation, social media management, email marketing, market research, or customer segmentation
- • Experience with digital marketing platforms/email tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo), social media management tools, CMS, basic SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
