• • Depending on your strengths and background, you will operate within one of two specialized lending teams: a high-volume, digitally driven, phone-based environment for those who excel at rapid conversion and scaling relationships, or a consultative, market-based model for individuals who thrive on building long-term strategic partnerships with Zillow Preferred Agents.

• • Meticulously manage an active loan pipeline, consistently meeting defined service levels, productivity metrics, and critical funding expectations.
• • Collaborate closely with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure the efficient and timely progression of loans from application to funding.
• • Maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all communication channels, including phone, email, and text, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
• • Stay abreast of evolving market trends, diverse lending programs, and complex regulatory requirements to offer tailored and optimal financing solutions to borrowers.
• • Uphold professional standards by maintaining active licensing, completing all required continuing education, and actively participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• • This role requires the collection, storage, and use of your voiceprints (records of speech) for essential operational and compliance purposes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
