- • You will originate and meticulously manage purchase mortgage loans from the initial application stage all the way through to closing, ensuring strict adherence to all federal, state, and company compliance requirements.
- • A key responsibility will be converting company-provided purchase opportunities into successfully funded loans through persistent, proactive follow-up and highly effective borrower consultations.
- • You will cultivate strong, trusting relationships with customers and, where applicable, with Zillow Preferred Agents and other local professional partners, fostering a collaborative network.
- • Effective pipeline management is crucial; you will actively manage an active pipeline of loans while consistently meeting defined service levels, rigorous productivity metrics, and critical funding expectations.
- • You will be empowered to leverage Zillow’s advanced CRM, sophisticated loan origination systems (LOS), and data-driven analytical tools to optimize pipeline health and enhance customer engagement strategies.

- • In addition to a competitive base salary, employees in this role are eligible for attractive incentive compensation, with actual amounts varying based on individual experience, performance, and geographic location.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring your designated remote work location is physically within California, and while you may have the option to work from a company office, your employment is contingent upon maintaining this primary residence.
- • For specific locations including California, the standard base pay range for this role is $12.00 - $25.00 hourly, though actual compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, performance, and location.
