- • As a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer at Zillow Group, you will originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing, guiding borrowers through the home financing process while ensuring compliance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- • You will work within Zillow Home Loans’ FinTech division, choosing between a high-volume, lead-driven phone-based environment or a relationship-based, market-focused model working with Zillow Preferred Agents, leveraging Zillow’s technology, brand, and centralized operations to drive loan conversions.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in mortgage origination, build lasting client and partner relationships, master CRM and loan origination systems, and achieve performance-based success in a structured, metrics-driven environment with opportunities for incentive compensation and professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions
- • Active NMLS license or equivalent federal bank licensing, including completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passage of the SAFE MLO Test
- • Physically located and working remotely from Connecticut
- • Proven success in either a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or an agent-centric referral model
- • Proficiency with CRM, loan origination systems (LOS), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
